The terms governing use of the Atlantic Solution website and the basis on which services are proposed.
1. Use of this website
This website is provided for business information purposes. You may browse and share its content, but you may not copy, republish or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
2. Service engagements
No engagement begins until a written scope has been agreed. Every engagement follows the same route: requirement, consultation, scope, then a custom proposal setting out deliverables, team structure and commercial terms.
3. Proposals and quotations
We do not publish fixed prices. Any figure given before a scope is agreed is indicative only. A quotation becomes binding once both parties accept a written proposal, and remains valid for the period stated in that proposal.
4. Intellectual property
The Atlantic Solution name, logo, page content and design are our property. Work produced for a client under an agreed engagement transfers to the client on the terms set out in that engagement's proposal.
5. Limitation of liability
Website content is general in nature and does not constitute professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone; liability for delivered work is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.
6. Governing terms
Where a signed engagement agreement conflicts with these website terms, the engagement agreement takes precedence. Governing law and jurisdiction are stated in each engagement agreement.
